Kevin is an accomplished business leader with 30 years of technology services experience and has an impeccable record in leading business transformations.
Prior to joining Rackspace Technology in April 2019, Kevin was the Chief Executive Officer of MV Transportation, the largest privately-owned transportation contracting firm in the United States. MV generates $1.5 billion in annual revenue with more than 20,000 employees.
Kevin has held global leadership roles at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Hewlett-Packard, Dell, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), and most recently, DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a $25 billion publicly traded IT services company where Jones served as senior vice president and general manager of the Americas region with 66,000 employees and $10 billion in annual revenue.
At DXC and HPE, Kevin transformed the Americas into both companies’ most profitable region. Before joining DXC and HPE, Kevin served as chief customer and sales officer for Dell Services, where he led all go- to-market functions for applications, business process outsourcing, infrastructure services and cloud computing businesses. In his three years at Dell, Kevin grew revenue by 11 percent, increased profitability by 12 percent and raised Dell’s customer satisfaction score from 0 to 51.
Kevin spent 21 years in executive positions at Hewlett Packard and Electronic Data Systems (EDS), in both Europe and Asia. As Senior Vice President of Enterprise Services, Asia Pacific and Japan, he increased profitability by 25 percent. At EDS, as vice president, UK Government, his team saved the relationship with the company’s most profitable customer and signed $4.5 billion in new business.
Kevin holds a BBA from James Madison University and is a Certified Management Accountant. He is married with two sons, and enjoys running, triathlons, boxing, tennis and golf.

As CTO of Rackspace Technology, Tolga Tarhan leads the vision, driving innovation, and strategy for our technology offerings. With more than two decades of experience leading product and engineering teams and as a hands-on technologist at heart, he brings unique insights to customers undertaking the journey to the cloud. As an early pioneer of cloud native thinking, Tolga's passion has driven our technical approach and transformed our customers into cloud native thinkers. Tolga continues to show thought leadership in the field through his extensive speaking engagements at AWS events, industry conferences, and educational groups. Tolga previously served as CTO of Onica, which was recently acquired by Rackspace Technology. Prior to that, he was a co-founder of Sturdy Networks and served as the CEO through to the acquisition by Onica. Tolga holds an M.B.A. from the Graziadio Business School at Pepperdine University.

Matt Stoyka
As Rackspace's Chief Solutions Officer, Matt Stoyka leads the company's portfolio of solutions and services. This integrated suite of offerings enables Rackspace to adapt to our customer's evolving needs and provide Fanatical Experience™. Matt is also responsible for strategic partner and alliance relationships and customer relationships across Rackspace’s parent company portfolio.
Matt joined Rackspace in 2018 as part of the company’s acquisition of RelationEdge. As RelationEdge’s founder and CEO, Matt led the company’s strategic direction and focus as it achieved success as a Platinum Salesforce.com consulting company specializing in business process engineering and optimization. Prior to RelationEdge, Matt was the Chief Revenue Officer and Business Architect at a business strategy and technology consulting firm focused on the Salesforce.com platform. Matt also held executive leadership roles in sales, professional services and technical operations with Centerbeam and its predecessor firm which he sold to Centerbeam in 2008. He also led global manufacturing projects across Europe and North America for Valiant with a specialty in robotics, automation and process manufacturing.
Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) and his master’s degree in International Business from the University of San Diego. He is a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County.

As VP of AWS Products and Services for Onica, a Rackspace company, Taylor Bird oversees Onica’s technical product strategies and portfolio of services and offerings, focused on combining the unmatched skillsets of Onica’s team members into service approaches that help customers fully realize the benefits of the cloud. Taylor brings nearly 20 years of experience in enterprise IT systems, distributed systems architecture, and software engineering, with nearly a decade focusing exclusively on public cloud technology. Taylor helps ensure Onica’s collection of services and focus areas continually balance the evolving needs of customers with the cloud-native tenets at the core of Onica’s mission.

Jeff Moyer
Jeff has nearly 40 years of IT industry experience and as Senior Vice President, Managed Public Cloud and Private Cloud, his team drives best-in-class managed services, hosting models, and develops the next generation of standardized, low-cost, high-value offerings for Rackspace.
Before his current role, Jeff worked for EDS/HPES/DXC Technology for almost thirty years in progressively more senior roles from Data Center management, Account Executive roles, and Offering/Product leadership positions. His last role at DXC Technology was Vice President and General Manager, VMWare Integrated Practice.
Previously he was the Director of Global Storage Services for HP ES. Global Storage Services creates, designs, and deploys service offerings for a wide variety of storage and backup technologies. Before this, Jeff served as the U.S. Midwest leader for Data Center Services responsible for delivering infrastructure services in the Midwest and for several national delivery teams.
Prior to Jeff’s Midwest responsibilities, he served as Account Executive, Client Delivery Executive, and Service Delivery Executive on several large accounts. In these roles, he was responsible for a wide range of services to include midrange, help desk, desktop, application development, network, and other service offerings. He played a key role in driving service excellence and increasing client satisfaction for the accounts he supported.
Jeff joined EDS in 1990 and provided operations support and leadership direction to a variety of teams and clients in EDS’ Herndon Information Processing Center. In 1994, he joined the leadership team for a large financial client where he managed operations delivery for mainframe, midrange, helpdesk, and network management services. After 1998, Jeff led a regional data center in the Northeast servicing multiple clients in the manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare industries.
Before his career with EDS, Jeff served seven years with the U.S. Army Signal Corps in a variety of roles, including a four-year tour of duty in Europe. Jeff enjoys golfing, traveling with his wife, Janice and is a Master scuba diving instructor.

Martin Blackburn
As the Managing Director of Rackspace's EMEA region, Martin is focused on delivering profitable revenue growth and Fanatical Experience™ to customers. Part of his growth focus includes continuing the tradition of Rackspace as a best place to work for all locations throughout the EMEA region.
Martin is an accomplished and inspirational leader with a career that spans many countries and more than 35 years in technology including Marconi, Logica, HP, EDS and IBM. Throughout his career he has led organizations to achieve significant performance with a focus on customer success, execution and innovation. Prior to working at Rackspace, Martin was Operating Partner at Marlin Equity Partners where he was the Executive Chair for a number of Marlin companies. Before Marlin, he held positions at the global technology business for IBM in Europe as General Manager, Chief Operating Officer for Europe, General Manager for Benelux and UK & Ireland where he was responsible for outsourcing, consulting, cloud and security services.
He has also held C-level roles with EDS/HP and CGI/Logica. A technologist at heart, Martin began his career in London as an engineer with Marconi advancing to managing director, systems integration.

Steve Mills
Steve Mills is SVP / GM of the Americas region for Rackspace Technology, being promoted into the role in June 2020. Prior to that he served as Vice President, US Commercial and Senior Director of Sales.
Steve is an energetic and results-oriented leader focused on delivering revenue growth across the region and record-breaking profitability with his teams. Part of his mission is to establish and drive strong teams that continue to be passionate about the renowned Rackspace Fanatical Experience™.
Steve is a career-long Racker. In his fourteen-year tenure with the company, he has a proven track record of leading multiple teams in a highly collaborate environment and implementing growth strategies through enterprise, mid-market and commercial segments including channel sales, demand generation, and inside sales functions.

Sandeep Bhargava
Sandeep Bhargava is the Managing Director of Asia Pacific/Japan (APJ). Based in Singapore, Sandeep is responsible for Rackspace’s business growth across the region and for establishing strong local teams that continue to deliver the renowned Rackspace Fanatical Experience™.
Passionate about customer success, he joins Rackspace with over two decades of experience in delivering financial and operational results throughout the region. Prior to joining Rackspace, Sandeep was responsible for HP’s graphic print business across APJ. He has also served in various leadership roles with HPE, Dell EMC and Procter & Gamble.

Amir Kashani
As VP of AWS Cloud Native Development, Amir Kashani leads a team focused on building cloud-first software solutions for customers across a wide variety of industries. With over 20 years of technical experience and having led product and engineering teams for over ten years, Amir oversees delivery of solutions that reshape how companies embrace the cloud. As a trailblazer of cloud native development, Amir has helped break barriers to cloud native adoption, including in areas of serverless computing and IoT. Josh Prewitt
Since joining Rackspace in 2010 as a Linux Administrator in our Customer Success organization, Josh has led numerous teams and functions across Rackspace including global technical support organizations, operations, product management, and engineering. In his current role as VP, Solutions Engineering, Josh oversees Rackspace Technology’s global software development and engineering organization creating innovative solutions for customers. Prior to joining Rackspace, Josh was a customer of Rackspace from 2003-2009 and led a handful of affiliate marketing startups.
Josh lives in New Braunfels, Texas with his wife, Laura, and three kids. He spends his spare time with his family travelling (pre-pandemic) and tinkering with LEGO sets (post-pandemic).

Eric Miller
Eric Miller serves as the Senior Director of Technical Strategy at Rackspace, where he provides strategic consulting leadership with a proven track record of practice building in the Amazon Partner Network (APN) ecosystem. Specifically, he manages and reports on AWS practice pipeline and revenue MBOs, ensures delivery excellence, oversees project roadmaps, and serves as an industry leader speaking at events.
An accomplished tech leader with 20 years of years of proven success in enterprise IT, Eric is a strong advocate of cloud native architectural patterns, passionate about Machine Learning, IoT, Serverless, and all things automation in the cloud. Eric has led several AWS and solutions architecture initiatives, including AWS Well Architected Framework (WAF) Assessment Partner Program, Amazon EC2 for Windows Server AWS Service Delivery Program, and a wide range of AWS rewrites for multi-billion dollar organizations.
Prior to joining Rackspace, Eric was the Vice President of AWS Customer Solutions at Onica, which was acquired by Rackspace in 2019. Before working with Onica, Eric held several technology leadership positions at School Pointe, Inc., Neudesic, m2 Consultants, ARGUS International, Inc., Apex Mortgage Services LLC, and TechSkills.

Nihar Gupta
With 12+ years of experience working with high-growth SaaS/Tech companies, Nihar has helped companies achieve their growth objectives through product management, strategic partnerships, corporate development efforts, and executing cross-functional strategic initiatives.
At Rackspace, Nihar played an integral role in crafting the company's database strategy following the ObjectRocket acquisition through a build/buy/partner framework for approaching new database markets. Since then, he has been on the ObjectRocket leadership team focused on product management and executing critical partnerships that underpin 70%+ of ObjectRocket revenue, and has most recently been focused on building out Rackspace's Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) solution. With a significant breadth of experience across strategy, finance, product, sales and marketing, Nihar currently serves as the executive leader for Rackspace Data Solutions.

Ursula Dolton
Ursula joined the BHF in 2016 and was appointed CTO in 2019. She was formerly Director of IT and Business Change. Ursula is responsible for delivering the BHF’s technology strategy in support of its charitable objectives. She leads the charity’s IT and portfolio management office; the data and customer relationship management teams, and the digital products and delivery teams. Her role ensures all teams in the organization have the tools that they need to turn fledgling ideas into impact for the organization, and can use technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Jacob is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive. With his incredible energy and penchant for problem-solving, Jacob has brought the company to new heights. Jacob helped AutoPets scale from 30 employees to its current 150+ employees, overseeing the creation and growth of the engineering, marketing, business development, and manufacturing operations teams. The company’s flagship product, Litter-Robot, is the highest-rated self-cleaning litter box on the market—and Jacob will not rest until 1 percent of U.S. households are using a Litter-Robot. He is also overseeing the launch of Litterbox.com, an online destination where cat owners can reliably shop for their cat’s needs.

Owen Powell has held ICT leadership roles in the NHS for over 15 years, and is currently ICT Director at Central and North West London NHS Trust. In addition to this experience in the IT field, Owen has gained a number of qualifications in psychology, and is currently working towards chartered occupational psychologist status.
Owen recently led a major technology transformation project within the Trust to implement an enterprise digital and service platform. Owen is currently leading a program of work to exploit that technology to improve business and clinical outcomes across the organization.

John is passionate about technology, cloud, Agile and data driven decisions.
For the past 20 years, he has been a Software Development Manager, Teacher, Speaker, PMO Manager, and, above all, an innovator. Most of his experience was in product development, but not just software. He setup an Agile PMO to build a manufacturing plant using Lean, Scrum ad other Agile methods.
Since 2015, John has been helping IoT companies to deliver more value to customers by embracing the cloud and to embrace lean to find a happy cadence of software. Teaching Project Management and Agile at University of Calgary and supporting the industry as part of the Project Management Institute’s board of directors for Southern Alberta for four years.
As Director of Software Development and Operations at Blackline Safety, he has been advocating for Calgary’s tech industry and new development methods and tools while moving the company to adopt leading technology and scale to support both amazing growth and customer’s demand.
